Please kindly read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking online, signing our booking form, or making a reservation by telephone or email, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons in your party.
These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement with Paradise Vietnam. By entering and using this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions may be changed from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any updates.
Continuing to use this website or our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
1. Rates
Tour prices are net prices and are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Vietnamese Dong (VND), unless otherwise stated.
Our prices for cruises and hotels are generally quoted per person, except where specific promotions, day cruises, packages, or other booking conditions state otherwise.
Rates may vary depending on the cruise, hotel, travel dates, room or cabin category, availability, promotions, and other conditions applicable at the time of booking.
2. Deposits and Cancellation
Deposit payments may be settled by bank wire transfer, credit card, or Western Union Global Transfer, subject to the payment methods available at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total booking value is generally required at the time of booking.
Flexible-Rate Cruise Booking
The following cancellation conditions apply to Flexible-Rate Cruise Bookings unless different conditions are specifically stated in the booking confirmation.
FIT Bookings
FIT bookings are bookings for groups of fewer than 7 cabins.
- More than 7 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
- 7 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of the total booking value.
- No-show: 100% of the total booking value.
GIT Bookings
GIT bookings are group bookings of 7 or more cabins.
- More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.
- 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of the total booking value.
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of the total booking value.
- No-show: 100% of the total booking value.
Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
Cruise operations may be affected by weather conditions, navigation restrictions, or instructions from the relevant authorities. For the applicable cancellation policy in the event of bad weather conditions, please refer to the official bad-weather cancellation policy provided by Paradise Vietnam.
3. Final Payment
Final payment is generally due before the tour according to the payment deadline specified for the booking.
For GIT bookings, final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date.
For FIT bookings, final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the departure date.
If a reservation is made less than 60 days before departure for a GIT booking, or less than 7 days before departure for an FIT booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
If final payment is not received within the applicable deadline, Paradise Vietnam may cancel the reservation and apply the relevant cancellation fee.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card transactions are processed without an additional bank charge from Paradise Vietnam.
Where credit facilities have not been agreed with the client or agent, payment may be made by SWIFT or telegraphic bank transfer to the appropriate Paradise Vietnam bank account.
Any bank charges imposed by the sending bank in connection with transfers to Paradise Vietnam must be paid by the client or agent.
Payment must be settled through the applicable Paradise Vietnam bank account at least 30 days before arrival where the applicable booking conditions require payment at that time.
4. Refund of Unused Services
No refund or exchange can normally be made for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, activities, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by a member of the tour.
Any exceptional refund will be subject to the applicable booking conditions and the circumstances of the individual reservation.
5. Voucher
A voucher will be issued by Paradise Vietnam after the booked trip has been confirmed and the required payment has been completed.
The service voucher will be sent to the passenger by email or other available communication method.
Passengers should review their voucher carefully and notify Paradise Vietnam as soon as possible if any booking information is incorrect.
6. Liability and Insurance
Paradise Vietnam accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation, or disruption resulting from natural disasters, political actions, weather conditions, government or local authority decisions, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Travel insurance and appropriate medical precautions are essential when travelling. Your travel insurance should provide appropriate coverage for:
- Personal accident
- Medical expenses
- Emergency medical assistance and repatriation
- Personal liability
- Trip cancellation or interruption, where applicable
We strongly recommend that passengers purchase suitable travel insurance for their trip.
7. Confirmation
Booking requests are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until confirmation has been issued by Paradise Vietnam.
Bookings are generally confirmed by return email within 2 working days.
If immediate confirmation is not possible, Paradise Vietnam will inform the client of the booking status at the time of reservation.
8. Passenger Information
The client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to passenger check-in.
The required information may include:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Vietnam visa expiry date, where applicable
- Contact telephone number
Use of Passenger Information
Passenger information is collected and used for cruising registration with the relevant local authorities and for the operation and administration of the booked services.
Passenger information will not be shared or used for commercial purposes except where required by law, necessary for the provision of the booked services, or otherwise permitted by the applicable privacy requirements.
9. Photography, Filming and Media
Paradise Vietnam or its representatives may photograph, film, or otherwise record images of clients during transportation, check-in, and/or the cruise.
Such images may be used for social media campaigns, promotional materials, and other marketing activities relating to Paradise Vietnam and its services.
Clients who do not wish to have their images used for promotional or marketing purposes may inform their Cruise Manager directly. The Cruise Manager will make reasonable efforts to exclude such guests from images taken for these purposes.
Guests with questions or concerns regarding photography, filming, or the use of media are encouraged to contact the Cruise Manager or Paradise Vietnam directly.
10. Cruise Operations and Itinerary Changes
For safety, operational, weather, navigation, or regulatory reasons, Paradise Vietnam may modify cruise schedules, routes, activities, or itineraries when necessary.
Such changes may be required due to weather conditions, navigation restrictions, decisions or instructions from local authorities, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Paradise Vietnam.
Any operational changes will be made with consideration for passenger safety and the practical operation of the cruise.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, booking online, signing a booking form, or confirming a reservation by telephone or email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons included in your booking.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with your booking confirmation, voucher, applicable cruise information, and any additional conditions communicated to you at the time of booking.
